V.I.P. Weekend
The day is Monday, May 22, 2006 ... This weekend I went to Toronto to visit Vic for his fashion show. I wasn''t up to seeing him the week before, which was his birthday, so this was a good time to go. I got some good rest in, got my shit together, and headed off.
I used a site call http://www.comefromchina.com to find a ride to goto Toronto. I got a ride for $30 from a random guy who apparently I knew his kid from wushu like 4 years ago. Funny eh?
When in Toronto, I attended the show, that they were apart of, as a V.I.P member; equivalent to a politician going to see the show ;). I can thank Kolan for this one cuz I saw the production booth for the show that had perhaps over 1000 visitors and was broadcasted on television. Damn sweet shit. It definately makes you feel good haha.
The show went really well and the popo were protecting the spot like no tomorrow (they had CHARGER popo''s!). We headed off and were plannin on hitting a club that night.
Sunday night: Club "This is London".
Review: Absolutely sick! Packed with the AZN and was so damn clean. We got in for free, got free beer, and even had a guy put soap in your hand and give you a towel. You coulda gotten gum or a breathe mint from the guy too. I think he even had cologne! Man this place was sweet, and passing the line was even sweeter. Dan''s got the connections. Of course it would have been better with saru san there but she couldn''t make it, as she was in JApan. Nonetheless, the 100% free venue was something I have not experienced before. Get this, they have a bottle service where they charge $500 for a 1.5 L of Grey Goose.
